The Department of Health said 25 new local cases were reported in the 24 hours to midnight Saturday, with no new cases acquired overseas.
"Of the 25 locally-acquired cases, 21 are linked to known outbreaks and 12 have been in isolation throughout their infectious period," the department said.
There were 32,286 test results received in the past day and 23,076 vaccine doses were administered.
Victoria has 185 active cases of coronavirus.

NSW recorded 466 COVID-19 cases on Saturday, with the whole state then sent into a seven-day lockdown from 5pm.
The five reasons NSW residents can leave their home are:
- Obtain food and other goods locally
- For the purposes of work or education if it is not possible to do it at home
- Exercising locally
- Medical or caring reasons
- Obtaining a COVID-19 vaccination
The Australian Capital Territory recorded one new locally acquired case of COVID-19 on Saturday, a close contact of an existing case.
The new case took the territory's total in the current outbreak to seven, with the ACT in lockdown until at least Thursday.
