Cooper plays thirds and has enjoyed one of the most dominant seasons in attack in recent league history.
Yackandandah's Jay Hillary kicked 175 goals in the thirds including finals in 2017.
But details are sketchy whether the feat has ever been achieved previously in the Hume league.
The 17-year-old was kept goalless against Henty three weeks ago and appeared a million to one to kick the 36 goals he needed to notch 100.
But bags of 14 and 16 in rounds 15 and 16 catapulted him to 94 goals for the season.
Cooper booted six on the weekend against Osborne to bring up the ton before the lockdown in NSW was announced.
League officials have since decided to abandon this week's final round of the home and away season.
Cooper admitted it was an unexpected bonus to notch the milestone before the start of finals.
"I thought I had no chance of reaching the milestone a month ago after missing a round with COVID and being held goalless against Henty," Cooper said.
"But then I had two good games in a row.
"I thought I had two weeks to kick the six goals I needed but then it turned out last weekend was the final round."

Ironically, Cooper's 100th goal was one of his easiest.
"I kicked four in the first half and kicked a goal early in the third to be on 99," he said.
"Then George Flanagan was running into goal and handballed one over the top to me in the goal square for my 100th."
Cooper previously played juniors for Albury before crossing to the kennel this season to play under coach Damien Porter with the Bulldogs undefeated.
"I had a lot of mates out at Jindera and it's been an enjoyable season," he said.
"The club got all the players to sign the match football and presented it to me which I appreciated.
"But I couldn't do much to celebrate on Saturday night after the lockdown."
