COVID restrictions will dictate whether the event proceeds at Albury's SS&A Club, but league officials are obviously working on the theory the large percentage of the population, which is eligible for total vaccination, will be 'double dosed'.
Last week, NSW Deputy Premier John Barilaro announced there will be no community sport in the state until 80 percent of the eligible population of fully vaccinated.
NSW currently stands around 50 percent.
"We had options to take it online, but we are committed to holding the function at the SS&A Club, they're wonderful partners and in the past two seasons we've only held one function there (due to COVID restrictions), so we feel it's appropriate to host the function face-to-face," O and M general manager Craig Millar said.
At this stage, numbers will be capped to 130 due to the state's rule of one person per four square metres.
The O and M season was cancelled last week after only 13 of the 18 regular season games were played.
