A Glenroy man who performed burnouts at the Albury cemetery before speeding away from the scene was frustrated about NSW going into lockdown, a court has heard.

Connor Wilson Cusick, 19, left black tyre marks over about 100 metres of Glenmorus Street on August 14, and nearly collided with a nearby vehicle heading into the cemetery.
Multiple people had been walking dogs nearby.
He was concerned police would be called and drove his white Ford Falcon back to his Jordan Way home at about 80km/h to 90km/h on Union Road.
Police attended the home he shares with his mother and the probationary driver made candid admissions.
Officers suspended his licence.
Albury Local Court on Monday heard Cusick had had "more than his fair share of challenges" in his life and at one point was unable to leave his home due to mental health issues.

"In my submission the offence is an expression of his frustration and emotions about what was occurring in his life," lawyer Jason Hanke said.
He has since secured an apprenticeship and hoped to keep his licence.
Sergeant Andrew Coombs noted the need to deter others from such behaviour.
Magistrate Richard Funston said he had already been off the road for 37 days.
"You certainly behaved appallingly on the 14th of August," he said.
"You did the wrong thing.
"You obviously like a lot of us are very frustrated to hear about the lockdown, but the reality is you just can't drive like this, it's dangerous."
The magistrate said the ban had been "a good penalty in its own right" and returned the 19-year-old's licence.
He must be of good behaviour for 12 months.
