Emergency services were called to Granya Road, near the Murray Valley Highway, about 11.30am on Friday.
The 70-year-old Wodonga rider failed to take a bend, lost control, hit a fence and ended up in a ditch.
Sergeant Tim Mooney said she was taken to Albury hospital with non-life threatening chest and pelvic injuries.
"We're starting to see more and more motorcycles on the road now that travel restrictions are being lifted," he said.
"We implore motorcyclists to take care, particularly if they're unfamiliar with the road."
Speed did not appear to be a factor in the crash, with the cause being investigated.
