The former Wodonga junior signed a two year contract extension meaning the 30-year-old is highly likely to see out his AFL career at the Kangaroos.
Ziebell has played 239 matches at Arden Street and has been captain for the past five seasons.
He was awarded life membership of the Roos in 2018 after 10-years of service.

The former Murray Bushranger was selected with pick nine in the 2008 draft.
"Jack's been a star of the club on and off the field ever since he set foot in the place," North football manager Brady Rawlings said.
"The negotiations took a little bit of time to work through, but Jack was comfortable with how things were progressing.
"Playing down back was a new experience for 'Ziebs' and he took to it like the professional we know he is.
"He was a calming influence when things were pretty rough early in the season."
