Racing NSW scheduled the meeting for Friday instead of Saturday after the Canberra meeting on the same day was abandoned.
Albury will host a seven race TAB meeting with crowds still unable to attend NSW race meetings.
However, Hetherton is planning to welcome back crowds for the club's next meeting which coincides with the Cox Plate on October 23.
The annual sponsors luncheon day is planned if crowds are permitted.
"At this stage we are hopeful crowds can return by October 23," Hetherton said.
"The NSW government policy is set to change on October 11.
"We are just awaiting details and confirmation from Racing NSW which we expect will make an announcement next week."
Nominations for the meeting close on Monday.
