The 27-year-old polled 90 votes to claim the E. W. Copeland Trophy, beating Brayden Maynard and Scott Pendlebury into second and third respectively.
Crisp has now played 163 consecutive AFL games, more than any other active player in the league.
"It was a challenging year in more ways than one but we never gave up and I still had one of the most enjoyable years of my career to date," Crisp said.
"The continuous support Mum and Dad have given me over the years is really appreciated and I love them to bits.
"My wife and two beautiful kids always put a smile on my face and that helps me switch off from football."
