Exercise and alcohol normally don't mix, but the Rutherglen Gourmet Amble is an exception. Ride or walk from Rutherglen to two nearby boutique wineries - Anderson's Winery and Jones Winery & Vineyard. Pick up a charcuterie platter and stop for a picnic. On the way check out the iconic Rutherglen water tower or another landmark, The Big Wine Bottle. Remember to book ahead!
WANDER AND ROAM
Kiewa Street Market, Kiewa Street carpark, Albury, Sunday, October 17, 8.30am until noon
The Kiewa Street Market is back this Sunday! This market will have a focus on all things gardening, so paint your thumb green and take the opportunity to ask some of the store holders which plant is which. Of course, all the usual stalls will also be there, so don't be afraid to spend up and show your support after the market has been unable to run. The market is a joint Rotary project of Albury North and Belvoir Wodonga Clubs, so all proceeds go towards community projects.

Federation Art and Photography Prize, Corowa Memorial Hall, Saturday, October 16, and Sunday, October 17, 10am to 4pm
Want to check out great pictures in a picturesque location? Then head along to the Federation Art and Photography Prize exhibition in Corowa. The show has attracted some outstanding artists from as far as Darwin, but it's also a good chance to take note of any local emerging artists. There's paintings, sculpture, photography and more, so you'll be sure to see something you'll like.

Take five minutes (or three hours) to listen to Paul Gibbs, a multi-instrumentalist musician. He sings, plays keyboard as well as acoustic and electric guitars. Grab some double vaxxed friends and enjoy an evening listening to his broad range of tunes. You won't want to leave!

Young Creators Market, Holy Trinity Cathedral, Wangaratta, Saturday, October 16, 10am until 3pm
Headspace Wangaratta is supporting the region's talented youth to run 16 stalls at this market for budding creatives and upcoming entrepreneurs. Be sure to bring cash, a lot of these young ones don't have access to card readers.
