It allowed Mr Mallampati, from Albury, to get his second jab one week early.
"I've been working here for 10 years," he said. "I was here for the testing - I do it every three days - and they told me they were here doing vaccinations."
Around 40 drivers and staff received mostly second doses yesterday.
"We have a workforce of 800 with 600 of them being drivers," a RFT spokeswoman said.
"This is the second vaccination clinic we have had, with the Gardens Medical Group assisting us three weeks ago."
RFT also contracts Dorevitch Pathology to do on-site COVID testing for their truckies, as per state government rules.
AWH's Lucie Shanahan said outreach vaccinations had taken place at many workplaces.
"It's a fantastic initiative by Ron Finemore to get their workforce vaccinated," she said.
