Tallangatta's star off-season recruit Shoaib Shaikh is looking to fast-track the development of the club's youngsters.
The Indian product joined the Bushies last month after spending his debut season with rivals New City.
"They have good young players who are willing to play at a higher level and that's why I thought I'd help them out, improve their skills like I did last year at New City," he explained.

Shaikh hit three centuries last season, including one against Tallangatta.
The Bushies had a host of talented youngsters, including Lachie Paton, while they've also added Corey McIntosh.
The right-hander smashed 836 runs at 60.
He might have broken long-time Wodongs star Bob Jackson's single-season record of 1032, but washouts, a match lost to COVID and two separate suspensions for dissent (one match) and misconduct (two games) derailed those hopes.
"I'll follow the code of conduct, if you break that code of conduct, you have to be sitting outside," he explained.
