The Lincoln Causeway will be closed to traffic overnight on Tuesday while council undertakes works along the road near Union Bridge.

The closure will take place from 8pm.
A council spokeswoman said the works would allow the removal of the overhead gantry on the Lincoln Causeway.
She said a recent engineering report deemed major works were required to ensure the gantry's ongoing structural integrity and removal was considered the most viable option.

Detours will be in place along the Causeway overnight on Tuesday.
Residents will still be able to access Gateway Village Gateway Lakes from the Wodonga side of the road.
Through access will remain for emergency vehicles and essential access.
The works are only expected to take one night.
