REX unveiled plans to increase capacity along many of its routes replacing its two to three flights a week to Sydney with daily trips.
Additional services will be progressively added as demand for travel returns in the weeks and months ahead.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The airline will lower its one-way fares to Sydney to $99. The cheap fares will be on sale until November 4 and will allow residents to travel until April 30.
There will be no Christmas holiday blackout on the sales.
"Our commitment to remote and regional NSW communities has never been stronger and we are delighted we can now help even more family and friends re-connect and allow Christmas holidays to be booked with confidence," Rex Deputy Chairman John Sharp said.
All of REX's front-line staff, including pilots and flight attendants must be fully vaccinated from November 1, Mr Sharp said.
