Minutes after telling her brother to stop his tirade of offensive comments, North Albury man Aaron Thomas Field punched her, causing blood to flow from her mouth.
"Are you for real?" the woman then asked the 38-year-old, who has pleaded guilty in Albury Local Court to assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Police said the victim was targeted as she was about to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee in her mother's Prune Street, Lavington, backyard on August 9.
Field will be sentenced on November 30.
