In Albury, 24 new cases were recorded while 38 cases were uncovered in Wodonga.
Three new cases were reported in Wangaratta and one in Indigo.
Three cases were recorded in Murray River, two in Greater Hume and one in Murrumbidgee.
The Albury Wodonga local public health unit, covering North East Victoria, is managing 332 active cases.
There has been a total of 461 cases and two deaths recorded in the MLHD since the start of the current outbreak. These include 359 in Albury LGA.
Yesterday 46 cases were recorded in Albury and 34 in Wodonga.
Six were reported in Wangaratta, two in Wagga and one each in Federation and Murray River.
Yesterday, despite testing sites reaching capacity at about 10am, Victorian COVID Commander Jeroen Weimar said additional resources were not needed in Wodonga at this stage.
He said the deputy Chief Health Officer had visited Wodonga on the weekend and two or three testing teams were deployed last week.
