A police spokeswoman said an investigation had been suspended without charges, but could reopen if new information emerged.
The property had been littered with long grass, burnt timber and smashed cars.
The burnt remnants, including asbestos, began to be removed by contractors on Wednesday.

The works had been delayed by COVID-19 issues, including accessing machinery.
Future options for the public housing land will be investigated once the site is cleared, which is scheduled to be completed by next Friday.
