A double fatal case will return to court on Friday after a jury was discharged before being able to deliver a verdict.
Jodie Ann Contacolli had been standing trial following the crash on Greta Road at Laceby on June 13 last year.
Speaking in the County Court during another matter on Thursday, Judge Michael Cahill said a positive COVID-19 case had led to the Wodonga trial being aborted.
His staff and others isolated but tested negative.
