Garvey combined in a 41-run stand for the fourth wicket with the hard-hitting Jack Gilbee (29 from 23 balls).
In just the first four rounds, Gilbee has already shown how important he will be on his return from a handful of seasons with Bethanga after smashing an unbeaten 30 from only 14 deliveries the previous week against East Albury.
Gilbee struck three boundaries and two sixes in his cameo, while Garvey's innings came from 45 balls, with the four boundaries.
