1/3 Maynet Place, West Albury, sold for $593,000 and was one of two auctions held by Ray White Albury North Real Estate.

The sale marks an 83 per cent increase in value since the property last sold in 2008, 13 years ago.

Across in Springdale Heights, 366 Kaitlers Road, sold for $40,000 over reserve, with a final sale price of $290,000.

The property last sold for $179,000 in 2008, making Thursday's sale a 62 per cent increase in value in 13 years.

Agent Andrea Lever said Thursday's results were thrilling and a great result for buyers and sellers alike.

She said the Maynet Place auction attracted nine registered bidders, while seven people registered to take place in the Kaitlers Road auction

Ms Lever the mid-week auctions had been a great hit with buyers and sellers.

Of the two successful purchasers on Thursday, one participated in the auction from Sydney while another partook from their car during a break from work.

"It's been really strong," she said of interest in midweek auctions.

"It's incredible, we're still sitting at 100 per cent clearance rate.

"That's our 17th auction in last couple of months, all weekdays, and all sold.

"I think buyers are loving it as they've got support from our team."

Ms Lever said during online weekday auctions, members of the Ray White team were able to buddy up with bidders, which allowed for a less intimidating auction experience.

"People can zoom in from anywhere," she said.

"It's easy for people, they can be wherever and still participate I think it's the way of the future personally."

Three auctions are due to occur on Friday, ahead of nine auctions on Saturday.

Myrtle Vale and Primerose in Bungowannah will go under the hammer at 1pm.

It's the first time 86 Methodist Road, will be up for sale since 1835.

The property will be sold in two lots.

The first lot, Myrtle Vale, consists of a three-bedroom home set on 52.8 acres, numerous farm sheds and good pastures, while Primrose is a productive grazing property on 59 acres with established pastures and seasonal access to Dead Man's Creek.

The properties, which will be auctioned at 1pm by Elder Rural Albury, are offered for sale to wind up the estate of the late Olive Shearer.

Meanwhile, a four-bedroom West Wodonga home will be auctioned by Ray White Wodonga at 2pm.

The home at 4 Stableford Place, West Wodonga, is set amid established gardens on a spacious allotment of 2287m2.
