Davies, the Cronulla goalkeeper, travelled down from Sydney to help run the Girls Making Waves program on Saturday and stayed to coach Northside's men and women in their Sunday matches.
The men's clash proved to be the game of the weekend, with reigning premiers Northside toppling Sharks 9-6 after a tight tussle.
Eli Mutsch and Tyson Mutsch both scored three goals for Northside, who came from behind twice and finished strongly.
