Gould joined Culcairn in 2019 after stints with Brock-Burrum and Albury reserves.
He played in a flag with the Saints in 2013.
Gould's partner Bridgette Murphy won the Lions' A-grade netball best and fairest this year.
The pair travelled from Wagga to play this season with Gould training with the Tigers once a week.

Gould cited the travel factor and the challenge of playing a higher standard as his major reasons for joining the Tigers.
"Knowing a few of the (Tigers) blokes made it easy to pick them as I live here now," Gould told The Daily Advertiser
"I played previously with (Tigers teammate) Brady Morton, and when I wasn't able to make Culcairn training I trained with them.
"Brigitte had a few training sessions with the netballers and she's keen as well. It was the same for her, the travelling was a bit much."
