402 Halehaven Crescent, Lavington, sold for nearly $60,000 above the quoted price range.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home attracted bids for four interested parties before selling for $561,000.
The property last sold in March 2019 for $364,000.
The sale price represents a 54 per cent increase in value in two years and eight months.

Auctioneer Alex Pattaro of Ray White Albury North said the property was the 'ultimate family home' and had great investment potential with a rental value of $550 a week.
The Halehaven home was one of three Ray White North Albury properties to go under the hammer on Thursday.
Mr Pattaro said the agency had undertaken 20 auctions recent and all 20 had sold, such was the strength of the market. A four-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 578 Nagle Road, Lavington, was snapped up quickly at auction by a single bidder.
The buyer opened the auction at $680,000 before increasing their bid to $720,000 to ensure the property was on the market.
While a single-level three-bedroom townhouse sold at auction for $305,000 after bids from two potential buyers.
Mr Pattaro said 6/480 Wagga Road, Lavington, was a wonderful investment opportunity. He said the open plan home has seamless indoor and outdoor living and represented tremendous value for money.
