The Everton farm consisting of 125 hectares (309.62 acres) owned by the Kneebone family was passed in for $3.2 million with agents Elders Albury following up with interested parties after the auction conducted in Albury last Friday.
It follows the sale before auction of another larger property in the Ovens Valley at nearby Markwood for an undisclosed price.
Kingston Park on the Carboor-Everton Road consisted of 215.7 hectares.
"We had good interest on both properties," agent David Gittoes said.
The Everton property features 85 hectares of river flat country including 3km frontage to Ovens River, plus home and workshop.
The remainder, 34.4 hectares of undulating land, has a hay shed, cattle yards and two dams among other improvements.
It has been used predominantly as a fattening property with the vendors consistently carrying 250 grown bullocks.
Dalriada consists of 1430 hectares (3535 acres) and has been offered by staged expressions of interest.
The staged expressions of interest overseen by Elders Albury began in October with a closing date last Friday ahead of this week's private auction made up of short-listed bidders.
The Ravensdale stud has won numerous awards over the years including at the Herefords Australia National Show for Brian Burgess and family.
Dalriada has a stocking history of running 1000 plus breeding cows.
