That relates to Cr van de Ven allegedly threatening to punch Mr Hamilton when they were outside a prepolling station on Wednesday.

Under the interim AVO, Cr van de Ven must not assault or threaten Mr Hamilton, nor stalk, harass or intimidate him or intentionally or recklessly destroy property or harm an animal linked to him.
Cr van de Ven was not in court to witness police take out the order on behalf of Mr Hamilton.
The matter is due to return to Albury Court on Tuesday.
Cr van de Ven has refused to talk to The Border Mail about the matter and on Friday one of his supporters warned off Prime7 television news reporter Helen Ballard from questioning him at the early voting place in Smollett Street, Albury.
Mr Hamilton declined to say what he expected to happen on Tuesday when the AVO matter returns to court.
"Let me just give you this quote 'the standard you walk past is the standard you accept'," he said in the context of deciding to complain to police about Cr van de Ven.
Councillor Darren Cameron on Friday questioned the Greens' preferencing of Cr van de Ven above his Labor ticket in Saturday's council election.
Greens lead candidate Ashley Edwards said voters should not "read too much into" her bottom-placed preferences, saying she opted to support progressive and younger candidates at the top of her list.
Voting opens at 8am Saturday for council elections across NSW.
Under COVID-19 rules, candidates are required to have all posters at booths in place by 7am and they are not allowed to distribute flyers.
With no excuse needed to vote early, there was 7185 ballots already lodged for Albury's election up until 5pm Thursday and 2095 in Federation, 1060 in Berrigan and 755 in Greater Hume.
There are 37,684 people registered to vote in Albury.
Former mayor Alice Glachan attracted the second highest first preference at that election with 18.23 per cent.
She was followed by Cr van de Ven (12.85) and the Greens (12.21).
