Replacements are being sought for Kevin Bourke and Marie Martin after they resigned at separate times last month for personal reasons.
The Victorian Electoral Commission will stage a recount for Cr Bourke's successor at 10am Tuesday, while the same process will occur on January 19 to replace Cr Martin.

Mayor Libro Mustica said it was disappointing both roles could not be filled at the same time, but it was unavoidable given the different timing of the exits.
