Two units in Lavington being sold for a second time in a short space of time on Thursday has helped Ray White Albury North maintain a 100 per cent clearance rate on an online auction platform since August.

The virtual forum used by the agency has delivered 28 successful auction results in a row with a further 10 scheduled before the Christmas shutdown.
A recently renovated two bedroom unit in Prune Street sold for $235,000 after changing hands only in June last year for $122,000.
Another unit in Kaitlers Road sold under the hammer for $225,000 after making $120,000 almost 12 months ago.
Capping off another successful session, a three bedroom home in McDonald Road, located in close proximity to Lavington Square shopping centre, sold $43,000 above reserve for $$388,000.
Six registered bidders underlined the interest in the property which last sold in midway through 2015 for $198,000.

The agency had a bumper last month capped off by five properties selling under the hammer on November 25.
A four bedroom home in Surwood Drive, Lavington topped the sales with price of $560,000 and another home in Thurgoona made $450,000.
Next Friday the agency has three more auctions, two in Lavington, and a two bedroom red brick cottage in Culcairn.
"Lockdown forced us down this path and we've just kept the momentum going," agency managing director Andrea Lever said.
"We had an auction back in August and it was meant to be on site, but we had to change.
"I love it because it's so structured and it's helped we've been getting the results."
