Agent Adrian O'Brien of AGnVET Henty said Brailong, which sits 17 kilometres north west of Henty, consists of 349.87 hectares.
Mr O'Brien said Brailong was part of the last NSW Soldier Settlement Scheme in 1959 which subdivided the Mundawadra property to give to WW2 veterans.

The Mundawadra property was bought by the NSW government and divided into 13 smaller blocks which were awarded to ex-servicemen through a ballot system.
The Bullock family have owned Brailong since the Soldier Settlement Scheme.
They were the last of the original families to sell the land.

Mr O'Brien said the family who bought Brailong also bought the first property sold out of the Soldier Settlement Scheme.
Brailong was described as a reliable mixed farm well suited to cropping cereals, oilseeds, annual and perennial pastures. It also has a history of sheep and cattle grazing.
It features the original homestead as well as a new five-bedroom house.
The 301 Woodend Five Ways Road, Munyabla, property sold for $4,096,162.50.
