Perennial powerhouse Osborne will host Holbrook in a heavyweight clash to open the Hume league season.
Both sides are expected to once again prove hard to beat after dominating the competition this year.
The league released its official draw on Thursday.

Osborne will start the new season as flag favourites.
The Tigers spanked Holbrook by 66-points in their most recent meeting.
However, the gap between the two sides has closed after the Brookers recently landed several more signings.
