Corcoran Parker agent John Honeychurch said the property had been in the one family for 30-years and was being sold upon the retirement of one of the brothers.
After an opening bid of $1 million, competitive bidding ensured with the property selling for $370,000 above reserve.
Mr Honeychurch said the buyers were local to the Albury-Wodonga area.
