Wodonga man David Kitson, 38, was arrested without incident by NSW police in West Albury on Thursday.
He appeared in Albury Local Court yesterday and was refused bail, before appearing at the Shepparton Magistrates' Court.
Magistrate Ian Watkins remanded him in custody to appear via video at Wodonga Magistrates Court on April 14.
