Liam Scammell (53) and Mitchell O'Brien (47) helped Patties to 9/202 in the stifling heat but a fine collective effort saw East Albury home by two wickets in the 49th over.
Coby Fitzsimmons made 27 at the top of the order, with Miles Hemann-Petersen adding 37 before Luke Brunckhorst (36) and Kris Milosta (41 not out) returned to haunt St Patrick's three weeks on from their Super Over thriller.
"It was a brilliant win in tough conditions," Crows coach Brett Davies said.
"For our boys to truck through it the way they did was incredible.
"We've been training hard and to be able to push through, all together, was really rewarding.
"We know we bat deep but talk is cheap so we've been trying to put those words into action.
"I said to them after the game, we're not a team of superstars so for us to beat good teams, we all need to contribute every week."
It was the perfect response after a six-wicket humbling at the hands of North Albury seven days earlier.

"Last week hurt us," Davies said. "We were embarrassed by that performance.
"Cricket's a game of momentum and we needed to dig our heels in.
"We didn't allow St Pat's to flow in terms of wickets dropping.
"I was pleased we didn't lose wickets in bunches and that the next bloke was willing to dig in, build a partnership and bat with intent."
The Crows have now won four of their last five while defeat leaves St Patrick's ninth on the ladder.
