An Albury woman reported missing has been located in Penrith.
Following inquiries, the woman was located safe and well at a train station in Sydney's CBD today.
PREVIOUSLY:
An Albury teenager last seen in Sydney has been reported as missing and NSW Police are appealing for public assistance to locate her.
Phoebe Wood, aged 19, was last seen in the Penrith area at about 7.20pm on Tuesday 21.
In a post shared by Murray River Police District, NSW Police said she had indicated she would be returning to Albury by train.
"When she failed to return to Albury, family reported her missing to officers attached to Murray River Police District police," NSW Police said.
"Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to an existing medical condition that requires medication."

Phoebe is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 145cm - 155cm tall, of slim build, with long dark hair, and blue eyes.
She was seen wearing a black shirt, pink top and running shoes.
