Instead, Albury Local Court magistrate Richard Funston has determined it best that Krystal Amanda Huckstadt, 27, continue to receive mental health treatment.
Huckstadt previously pleaded guilty to possessing or using a prohibited weapon without a permit, plus a charge of destroy or damage property for smashing a glass door at Albury hospital.
