The 18-year-old arrives at Lavington Sports Ground after a breakout season with the Bulldogs.
He finished equal runner-up in the Bulldogs' best and fairest in his first year of senior football.
Previous to that the talented teenager spent time with the GWS Giants Academy.
Turvey Park coach Mick Mazzochi said Glanvill stamped himself as a ready made senior player this season.
"This was Billy's first year of senior football and he only turned 18 in July," Mazzochi said.
"Prior to that he hadn't played much senior football because of his commitments to the Giants Academy.
"He ended up having an outstanding year after a slow start by his standards.
"As his confidence grew throughout the season he became one of our best players.
"He proved that by finishing joint runner-up in the best and fairest.
"It was a fantastic effort considering his age and he has got silky skills.
"He is a good size and can play multiple positions but spent 90 per cent of his time in the midfield for us."

Mazzochi had no doubts Glanvill had all the attributes to develop into an accomplished O&M player.
In a glowing endorsement, Mazzochi said he wouldn't be surprised to see Glanvill go on to play state league in the future.
"Billy is going to be a very good country footballer," he said.
"Depending on what he wants to do, he could go to the city and play state league if he desired.
"His foot skills are his biggest weapon and his ability to read the play.
"I've got no doubt he will have an impact in the O&M."
Glanvill is set to relocate to Albury to attend Charles Sturt University.
Lavington has a good recent record of unearthing hidden gems from lower level competitions.
Aidan Johnson (Brock-Burrum), Marty Brennan (Rutherglen), Andrew Mackinlay and Brad Carman (Holbrook) were all recruited from district league clubs.
The quartet all went on to play in Lavington's drought-breaking flag in 2019.
