
Murrumbidgee Local Health District recorded 131 new cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8pm on Thursday.
NSW Health revealed the figure on Friday morning but no more information about the local government area of each case has been provided.
In the 24 hours to midnight on December 30, there were five new cases in Wodonga, six in Indigo Shire, one in Towong, three in the Alpine Shire, four in Wangaratta, one in Benalla and five in Moira.

Yesterday 72 new cases of COVID were recorded in the Murrumbidgee Local Health District, which includes Albury and the southern Riverina.
In the four weeks to 8pm December 30, Albury has recorded 124 cases, Berrigan two, Edward River ten, Federation eight, Greater Hume 24 and Murray River nine.
