Martine Sheppard and Trent Bantow were arrested during a raid in Brimin on Friday, with Wodonga police allegedly uncovering an "Aladdin's cave" of property.
Officers spent six to seven hours at a unit owned by Bantow at the Bundalong Riverside Resort, as part of an investigation into the theft of three guns and a string of break-ins.
The alleged offending had nothing to do with the owners of the caravan park.
One of the firearms had earlier been recovered, wrapped in a blanket in the boot of a car in the Geelong region, leading to Bantow and his partner Sheppard being identified.
Police alleged in court on Monday the pair, who have been in a relationship for two years, have rampant ice addictions.
Officers allegedly uncovered more than 130 items during the raid, which also involved a shed used by Bantow.
"The investigation is, quite frankly, bigger than Ben-Hur at the moment," Detective Senior Constable Brianna Gibson told the court.
It's alleged the pair burgled soft targets, with vintage property, jewellery, motorbikes, and farm equipment recovered.
Police have identified 13 properties that have allegedly been targeted between Geelong and the North East, and Albury detectives want to speak to the pair about incidents in NSW.
"We believe this number will escalate quite quickly," Detective Senior Constable Gibson said.
The court heard one NSW burglary involved a $30,000 water tank, which Sheppard put on Facebook for sale.
Police are concerned two guns stolen from a Brimin property are unaccounted for.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The court heard Sheppard filmed herself canvasing properties using an iPad, with images of motorbikes, tools and machinery found on the device.
The court heard a lot of property had already been sold to fuel the pair's "severe" drug habit.
Lawyer Sophie Greiner applied for Sheppard's release before magistrate Peter Dunn.
"She does instruct she's trying to turn her life around," she said.
There were concerns she would lose her job.
The court heard she was already on bail for drug matters, and Ms Greiner said she would comply with conditions if released.
"She was on bail before and she's out committing burglaries," Mr Dunn said.
"I don't believe she's shown compelling reasons."
Sheppard was remanded in custody to April 14.
Bantow, who appeared shirtless on a video link, will seek bail on Thursday.
