The winners of the Tourism Accommodation Australia (NSW) Awards for Excellence 2022 have been announced, and the best of the best providers are ready to help you wine, dine and stay across the state.
For those with food on their mind, make sure you pay a visit to Restaurant of the Year (deluxe) winner Amara.
It's located at the Spicers Sangoma Retreat in the Blue Mountains, and its creative re-invention of seasonal vegetables taking centre stage. Amara provides a unique, rewarding experience that reconnects guests with the very best of the land, and surprises with its sheer originality.
Restaurant of the Year (mid range - superior) winner was Mister Percy located in The Woolstore by Ovolo at Darling Harbour in Sydney.
Mister Percy is Pyrmont's neighbourhood wine bar, pouring a thoughtful collection of boutique local and international drops that pair perfectly with its new Spanish-inspired menu.
Brasserie/Cafe of the Year winner was Bistro Manly. Located in the Manly Pacific and a stone's throw from the world-famous Manly Beach, this one's not to be missed.
Executive head chef Ryan Dawson and sous chef Toshi Ishihara collaborated to produce a modern twist on the French cuisine with coastal flavours that feature the beloved classics, using only the finest Australian produce. The team could not be prouder to receive such an honourable award.
"The team and I are so pleased to have received this award," Mr Dawson said. "Food is such an intimate and passionate expression of creativity, it is a celebration of friends, family, and life. It's such a privilege to receive such an accolade for merely doing what you love."
Something to wash it down with
Bar of the Year (deluxe) winner was Cirq Bar and Lounge at Crown Towers Sydney. It offers luxury at new heights thanks to its signature rooftop views over Sydney.
Winner of Bar of the Year (mid range - superior) was Two Doctors Whiskey Tavern, it's a refined, yet quirky whiskey bar hidden in the basement of the iconic Fairmont Resort and Spa in the Blue Mountains.
Somewhere to lay your head
It's hard to go past the Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley and this year's judges couldn't either, awarding it the win in the Deluxe Hotel of the Year category.
The world-famous conservation based resort is at the foothills of the Blue Mountains, and it offers guests ultra luxury. It's also a haven for celebrities with Australian cricketer Michael Clarke and TV personality Hamish Blake both celebrating their wedding at the hotel.
Regional Superior Hotel of the Year was awarded to Spicers Sangoma Retreat (located in the Blue Mountains), while Metropolitan Superior Hotel of the Year went to The Star Sydney.
Winner of the Mid-range Hotel of the Year category went to Rydges Newcastle; while SKYE Suites Sydney was awarded Apartment/Suite Hotel of the Year.
Crystalbrook Byron, on the NSW north coast at Byron Bay, was the winner in the Redeveloped/Refurbished Hotel of the Year category.

Winner of the Health Club and Spa Facilities of the Year went to Crown Spa Sydney in Crown Towers Sydney.
Honours for the state's best chefs
The Chef of the Year award was presented to Michael Elfwing who heads up the kitchen at Spicers Guesthouse in the Hunter Valley.
While Pastry Chef of the Year went to Quentin Zerr who works at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney.
