A Victorian man accused of pocketing $120,000 for concreting jobs he never completed has been charged.

Police allege the 47-year-old quoted jobs around the Benalla, Wangaratta, Shepparton and Wodonga areas between July 2022 and January 2023.
Officers have been told he received more than $120,000 from at least 15 victims, but he never completed any work.
The man was charged on Monday with 15 counts of obtaining property by deception.
He is due to appear in Wangaratta Magistrates Court on May 4.
