Court documents have revealed the family of a Warrawong man allegedly linked to the murder of Saso Ristevski put up $350,000 to secure his release on bail. Talatau Dal Amone was released on strict bail in August after agreeing to daily reporting, a nighttime curfew and having no contact with prosecution witnesses. The court also required an acceptable person/s to put up a $10,000 bond and agree to forfeit $350,000 if Amone failed to comply with his bail. Police claim Amone organised for three men to confront Ristevski on September 28, 2011 at a Lake Heights home with the intention of robbing him.  However Ristevski was shot during the interaction and died at the scene. His death was allegedly the catalyst for two more murders in the Illawarra In court on Wednesday Amone had his reporting and curfew conditions suspended for the next three days for family commitments.
