Bondage fanatic Lawrence Krause, 58, pleaded guilty to one count of possessing child abuse material in Albury Local Court on Wednesday.
His lawyer, Tim Hemsley, said Krause had fictional stories that amounted to “fantasies” in his possession during a visit to his Kaitlers Road home on February 22.
After the matter was heard on Wednesday, police received a tip-off and raided his home about 2pm on Thursday.
Officers seized flash drives, hard drives and SD cards which they allege contain child abuse material.
He was taken to Albury police station and charged with two counts of possessing child abuse material and breaching bail.
He will return to court on Friday.
