The free event features plenty of regional food and drinks for all and opens with a kids zone where children of all ages can revel in everything that glows in the dark, including live creation murals, art activities, dance lessons, mini golf and face painting.
Creative Youth will take over Victoria Parade between 6pm-9pm, featuring DJs and a live performance from local band Empire.
From 7.30pm the Riverside Square will be transformed with a dazzling LED light spectacular and live music.
Funky alternative soul artist Morgan Bain will open the night session before That Gold Street Sound will get the crowd dancing the night away with their old fashioned soul given a a rock and roll make-over.
Formed by music-loving neighbours on Gold Street, Collingwood, the band has fast become a music festival favourite and boasting a line-up pushing nine members, they thrive on audience participation, and know how to get a rise from even the shyest punter.
