Kdec Electrical and Solar’s Cameron Walker and Kyle Schubert received gold Middy’s Training Scholarships, which can be used for any registered training course to enhance their industry or business skills.
No other company achieved two of the top Middy’s awards, with the electrical wholesaler also offering six $5000 silver scholarships.
Mr Walker owns Kdec Electrical and Solar with his wife Chelsey, the couple clocking up 10 years in charge this year.

“There’s so many options with solar now, there’s new courses coming out all the time.”

“It was the right decision at the right time, it was definitely a turning point for us and our business and our staff,” Mrs Walker said.
