The Border side defeated NPL Capital outfit Monaro Panthers 2-0 on Saturday, before backing it up with a convincing 9-0 victory against NPL debutants Brindabella Blues on Sunday.
Ryan Luty and Josh Zito both found the back of the net in game one, while Zac Walker was a dominant force up front on Sunday with four goals.
Azia Feltrin netted a double, with Fletcher Caponecchia, Tom Youngs and Luty also getting in on the act.
Assistant coach Matt Campbell said it was another great hit-out and an opportunity for the players to get to know each other.

“The thing to understand about the Canberra guys is their season doesn’t start for another two-and-a-half months,” he said.
“They’re a little bit underdone in terms of fitness and still putting together their squads as opposed to us who about to play in two or three weeks time.
“We certainly appreciated them having a kick against early in their pre-season.
“Even if you’re dominating games, there’s still things you can try and combinations of players you can use, so we were allowed to do a bit of that.”
Murray rounds out its preparations for round one with its final practice match against NPL powerhouse Oakleigh Cannons at La Trobe this Saturday.
The club faces Eastern Lions in the opening round of the NPL 2 campaign on February 16.
