A 37-year-old Melbourne man was refused bail on Friday following his arrest for allegedly ramming multiple vehicles, including a police car.

Police charged him with conduct endangering life, dangerous driving, driving under the influence of amphetamines, possessing amphetamines, evading police, ramming a police car and other traffic offences.
The man appeared in Wangaratta Magistrates Court and failed in his attempt to be released on bail, after police argued he was an unacceptable risk.
His case was adjourned until March.
