Miss McNair, 20, is a former student of Albury High and Xavier High.
She previously lived in Sydney before returning home to Albury and said she has seen firsthand the impact of lockouts which she wants removed in Albury.
"It's just killing the nightlife, business owners can't keep up with these new rules and expenses they put forward," Miss McNair said.
The party has a focus on ending Sydney lockout laws, legalising cannabis use and introduce free pill testing.
2. Ross Hamilton, Sustainable Australia
Mr Hamilton is an osteopath, who lived in Sydney before moving to Albury in 2017.
In a statement from the party said Mr Hamilton would like to see health services improved regionally and would like the country lifestyle preserved.
"Ross would like to see this precious lifestyle protected for future generations," it said.
The party has a focus on reducing population growth.
3. Lauriston Muirhead, Labor
Mr Muirhead is an environmental health officer with Albury Council who lived in the United Kingdom before moving to Australia in the 1980s.
He believes climate change is real and must be addressed.
Mr Muirhead said health and education were of particularly important areas to him as was the retention of medical professionals.
4. Justin Clancy, Liberal
Dr Clancy, 40, is a father-of-three and veterinarian, he said his decision to enter politics was shaped being a 'son of the land' with parents farmers in southern Riverina before they retired.
"I've always believed politicians need to be people who have experience in life and in community," he said.
Dr Clancy said one of his key focuses was on the region's physical and mental health facilities.
Despite being chosen by the Liberal party to replace current sitting member Greg Alpin, Dr Clancy said he was taking nothing for granted.
5. Dean Moss, Greens
Mr Moss is a legal and business teacher at Billabong High School who has been a Greens member for five years.
He said his strongest passion was improving the conditions for people in society, whether in town or in regional communities.
Mr Moss said the election of Tony Abbott in 2013 motivated him into politics, "we moved backwards on climate change and they're still taking us backwards".
He would like to see abortion removed from the NSW Crimes Act.
