The second CAW Indian Thunder Nation T20 Cup will be contested by the Telugu Titans, Indian Thunder, Kerala Strikers and Northern Tigers, representing different regions of India.
Visy Rangubhatla, one of the organisers, said about 300 people attended the inaugural 2018 event.
"In India, everyone loves cricket and everyone comes together when we play cricket so we thought, let's use it as a community-building event," he said.
"So all the Indians are in one place on one day and everyone can enjoy, meet people."

Mr Rangubhatla said the main idea last year was to encourage players then to join Cricket Albury Wodonga clubs, with 20 to 30 doing so, many of them becoming North Albury cricketers.
Saturday's program includes a women's longest hit competition, which may lead to a female game next year, and a cash prize for the first catch taken in the crowd during the decider.
Matches are scheduled for 8am, 11am and 2pm ahead of the grand final at 4pm.
