The Border side sits four points behind the Blues on the NPL 2 East table and it's a must-win for their aspirations of finishing the campaign in the top-six and remaining in Victoria's second tier competition.
Star striker Tom Youngs returns from a short trip home to the UK for personal reasons and will form an imposing combination with former Socceroo Archie Thompson in attack.
Murray coach Elliot Jones is confident Youngs can have an impact despite returning to Australia less than 24 hours before kick-off.
"Tommy flies in tonight (Friday night) and quite literally steps off the plane and comes back into the side," Jones said.
"That's great for us because he gives us a lot of confidence going forward, as does Archie.
"I'm looking forward to both those guys playing in the same side, I think they've only done that once this year.
"They'll both start and we'll look to play more of an attacking brand this week with the inclusions we have.
"We want to really get out there and focus on what we can control and take it from there.
"We learnt some lessons last week against a very good side in St Albans and we know we need to get out there and back the boys in and just go for it.
"It's a really important game and we need the three points."
Also in sport:
Manningham United was promoted from Victorian State League last season and are a largely unknown opponent for Murray.
"They're in a similar position (on the ladder) and their last month has been quite strong with a couple of good results," Jones said.
"I've watched a bit of vision on them, but I don't know a lot about their players.
"Sometimes that can help, we just focus on what we can control and get out there and worry about us."
Teenage sensation Jordan Hore was Murray's best last weekend and will be given every chance to feature in the senior side again.
"He's been a little bit sick this week, so we'll touch base with him, but anyone who was there last Saturday and saw the way Jordy played showed that he'll feature this weekend," Jones said.
"He's really calm on the ball, he's tidy with his skills and his decision-making under pressure against a side like St Albans shows you the kind of class we're dealing with."
The game will be played on the synthetic pitch at David Barro Stadium.
Kick-off is at 4pm.
