It was decided in Albury Local Court this week that the contested matter involving Bruce Robert Arnott would go ahead on August 7.
An accusation of intentionally causing a fire will also go to hearing on the same date.

Arnott, 62, has pleaded guilty though to breaching an intervention order, as well as offences including stealing a phone from Bike Culture in Dean Street, Albury.
These matters were adjourned to the same date for sentence.
Arnott was charged with multiple offences in January.
These included public nudity, drink-driving, larceny and trespassing.
