The Pigeon midfielder was found guilty of an unbecoming conduct charge from Yarrawonga's clash against North Albury at Bunton Park on June 1.
Andrew pleaded not guilty to the charge.

The league's investigation officer finalised the report late Friday and sent the case to the tribunal.
It's Andrew's first season with the Pigeons after crossing from Barooga.
Wodonga's Jack Russell will miss the next two matches after being found guilty of engaging in rough conduct against Myrtleford's Paul Harrington last weekend.
The penalty was four weeks, two of which are suspended.
