Trinity has also confirmed plans to shut its Baranduda early learning centre for children aged three to four years in December this year and follows the decision in 2017 to shut its Wodonga campus and relocate 136 prep to year six students to Thurgoona for the start of the 2018 school year.
The school is in talks with an interested party eager to purchase its Baranduda site.

But Trinity principal Justin Beckett declined to comment on the status of the potential sale.
He said it wasn't always the plan to shut the Baranduda early learning centre.
"We kept it running when we brought everyone else across," he said.
"But we are trying to consolidate everything we offer at our Albury campus.
"We're in negotiations about possibly selling the site and given that has become our agenda we thought it would be unfair to promise we would be open in 2020.
"We may well have sold the site by then.
"It was about giving families as much notice as we could."
The school is hoping those children planning to attend the early learning centre next year can be accommodated at other pre-schools in Wodonga.
The 5.3 hectares of land was purchased last year with the aim of "future proofing" its presence in Thurgoona.
Trinity has an enrolment of more than 1200 students at its kindergarten to year 12 campus.
"In effect we will be relocating the kids who are at our existing site and it gives us a chance to have a better custom-built junior campus," Mr Beckett said.
A bus service between Baranduda and Thurgoona will continue.
